Account deletion

Delete your account.

Submit a deletion request and your account will be removed in 7 days. You can cancel any time before then by replying to the confirmation email.

Pick the app, submit request

Choose which app's data to delete, then fill in the details you registered with so we can verify ownership.

Step 2

7-day grace period

Your account stays active for 7 days in case you change your mind.

Step 3

Permanent deletion

After 7 days, your account and personal data are permanently erased.

Request account deletion

Choose the app you want deleted, then fill in the details associated with that account. We'll email you a confirmation within 24 hours.

One request, one app

Each app holds its own data, so each deletion is handled separately. Deleting your Quikkred Collect account leaves your VIKAM data untouched, and vice versa. If you use more than one, submit a request for each. The form lists exactly what the app you selected will erase and what has to stay.

Some records may be retained for regulatory or legal compliance (e.g. RBI, tax, anti-fraud) as required by law. Questions? Email [email protected].
